Biography
In 1936 he graduated from the road technical school, and in 1954 the All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute in Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod) with honors. In the bodies of the NKVD - NKGB - MIA - MGB, he went from an assistant operative to the deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From October 2, 1961 to December 1969, he headed the Department of Internal Affairs of the Executive Committee of the Gorky Regional Council (Office of Public Order Protection of the Executive Committee of the Gorky Regional Council). [one]

Rewards
