Biography

In 1936 he graduated from the road technical school, and in 1954 the All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute in Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod) with honors. In the bodies of the NKVD - NKGB - MIA - MGB, he went from an assistant operative to the deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
