Chen Quango ( Chinese. 陈全国 , pinyin : Chén Quánguó , b.November 1955 , Henan Prov.) - Chinese statesman, governor of Hebei province (2009—2011), head of the party committees of the Communist Party of the Tibet Autonomous Region (with August 2011 to August 2016) and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (since 2016).
