2013 European Basketball Championship. Group F

This article presents the position of the teams and the results of matches in group F of the second round of the 2013 European Basketball Championship. The composition of the group was determined by the results of the preliminary round, which ended on September 9.

Three best teams of groups C ( Spain , Croatia , Slovenia ) and D ( Italy , Finland and Greece ) participated in the group. The teams that played with each other in the same group in the preliminary round “saved” the results of the meetings between themselves and therefore had only three matches with teams from another group. Matches were held from September 12 to 16, 2013 at the Arena Stožice in Ljubljana , Slovenia . The four best teams reached the playoffs. They were the Croatian national team, having won four victories taking into account the preliminary round, the national teams of Slovenia and Italy, having gained three victories in the same way, and the Spanish national team, which had two victories in the “asset” and ahead of the Finnish national team due to success in a personal meeting.
