Biography

Worker of law enforcement bodies of the Smolensk province , head of the criminal investigation department of the Latvian SSR ; at the beginning of World War II led the evacuation of valuables from Riga . Then he became the head of the Novosibirsk Region Police Department, after which he returned to the Latvian SSR to the post of Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Latvian SSR. Since 1953, head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow. In 1958 he visited Romania . [one]
