Talapker ( Kazakh. Talapker ) is a village in the Kostanay district of the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Zarechny rural district. It is located about 19 km south of the center of Kostanay . The KATO code is 395431600 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 332 people (160 men and 172 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 346 people lived in the village (168 men and 178 women) [2] .
