Michurinskoye ( Kaz. Michurin ) is a village in the Kostanay district of the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Michurinsky rural district. It is located about 5 km southeast of the center of Kostanay . The KATO code is 395451100 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 1,592 people (744 men and 848 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 2209 people lived in the village (1068 men and 1141 women) [2] .
