Nechaevka ( Kaz. Nechaev ) is a village in the Kostanai district of the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Oktyabrsky rural district. It is located about 27 km northeast of the city center of Kostanay . The KATO code is 395465400 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 704 people (368 men and 336 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 688 people lived in the village (358 men and 330 women) [2] .
