Biography

Representative of the Polish magnate clan of the Lubomir coat of arms “ Sreniava ”. The youngest son of the governor of Russia and Krakow, Prince Stanislav Lubomirsky ( 1583 - 1649 ) from his marriage to Sofia Alexandrovna Ostrozhskaya ( 1595 - 1622 ). The elder brothers are the governor of Krakow Alexander Mikhail Lubomirsky ( 1614 - 1677 ) and the hetman full crown Jerzy Sebastian Lubomirsky ( 1616 - 1667 ).

After the death of his father, Konstantin Jacek Lubomirsky inherited part of his father's possessions. In 1654, in the New Soncha, in the Franciscan Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, based on funds from Konstantin Jacek, the Transfiguration Chapel was built. He was also the founder of the Catholic Church of Yaroslav .

The well-known military leader in the wars of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth with the rebellious Ukrainian Cossacks (1648–1654) , Sweden (1655–1660) and the Russian state (1654–1667) . In 1655, Swedish troops captured and plundered the Nowy Visnich castle. In 1658, he received the post of Kravchik the Great Crown, in the same year he was appointed subordinate to the Great Crown.

In 1648 he married Domitsilla Barbara Shchanyavskaya (d. Until 1676 ), from whom she had no offspring. Three years after the death of her husband Domitsilla Shanyavskaya in 1667, she remarried to the headman of Guz Nikolai Victorin Grudzinsky (c. 1636 - 1704 ).
