Novocherneevskoe rural settlement is a rural settlement in the Shatsky district of the Ryazan region . The settlement was approved on April 14, 2009, by the council of deputies of the municipality of Novocherneevskoe rural settlement, in connection with the law "On Giving the Municipal Formation - Shatsky District the Status of a Municipal District" adopted by the Ryazan Regional Duma on September 22, 2004 [2] .
