As part of the French team, he participated in 2 Olympics ( 1998 - 2000 ) and 2 European team championships ( 1992 - 1997 ).

Together with two other French chess players, he stood at the center of a scandal related to clues at the 39th Olympiad in Khanty-Mansiysk [1] [2] .
