Biography
Representative of the Polish noble family of the Belinsky coat of arms " Sheliga ". The son of Stanislav Belinsky and Marianna Rogalinsky.
In 1782, Peter Belinsky was appointed chamberlain of the Polish king and Grand Duke of Lithuania Stanislav Augustus . Later he was the Secretary of the Permanent Council and the Ambassador to the Four-year Diet . In 1784 he became a knight of the Order of St. Stanislav and became commissar of the crown unit. In 1787, Peter Belinsky received the position of clerk of the great crown. June 1, 1791 was awarded the Order of the White Eagle .
July 22, 1807 received the French Order of the Legion of Honor . In the same 1807, the King of Saxony and the Duke of Warsaw, Frederick Augustus, appointed him senator-governor of the Duchy of Warsaw (he retained this position during the creation of the Kingdom of Poland ). By the Highest Decree of the Russian Emperor Alexander I Pavlovich of August 11, 1825, he was elevated, with his descendants, to the Count of the Kingdom of Poland dignity. In 1827 he was elected president of the Sejm Court of the Kingdom of Poland .
Family
In 1784, Peter Belinsky married Theodore Rogalinsky, divorced from the Nekelsk headman Felix Lubensky, from whose marriage he had an only son:
