Biography
Kazakh by nationality.
- He graduated from the Orenburg gymnasium
- He graduated from the Law Faculty of Kazan University.
Career
- In 1898, the translator of the Temir county government [5] .
- In 1906, Advisor to the Provisional Council for the Administration of the Kyrgyz Horde.
- Ruler of the Guryev district of the Ural region, treasurer. Titular Advisor.
In the State Duma
On May 25, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the I convocation from the congress of commissioners from foreign volosts. He was a member of the Muslim group, and according to the Trudoviks, and in the cadet faction [6] . He arrived in St. Petersburg shortly before the dissolution of the Duma.
After 1917
An active leader of the Alash party, an associate of Zh. Dosmukhamedov , in 1917 supported the creation of the Alash-Horde . Together with Dosmukhamedov he supported the Provisional Government, advocated the creation of the Kazakh Autonomous Republic within Russia [7] . In 1935-1937, arriving in Moscow, he met with Zh. Dosmukhamedov, one of the former leaders of the Alash-Horde, who lived there [8] .
In 1937 he was repressed [9] [10] .
Family
Son - Atlash , (1902, Temir, Aktobe region. - 1938, Alma-Ata ) with higher education, people's commissar of the local industry of the KSSR, party organizer. On March 8, 1938, he was sentenced by the Military College of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges under articles 58-2, 58-8, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to execution. Rehabilitated according to some information on June 11, 1957, according to others on May 11, 1956 [11] .
