Biography
A peasant from the village of Fedorovsky, Kustanai district, Turgai region . He graduated from elementary school. It was the head of the church in the village of Fedorovsky. Engaged in agriculture.
On May 28, 1906, he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation from an urban and settled rural population that did not belong to the number of foreigners. He entered the Constitutional Democratic faction, but according to the Trudoviks, he remained non-partisan [1] . He did not participate in the work of the Duma commissions.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
