Kirovsky ( Tajik. Kirov ) is an urban-type settlement in the Khatlon region of Tajikistan , part of the Vakhsh region . Located 8 km from the Kurgan-Tyube railway station.

The status of an urban-type settlement since 1938. Until the 1970s, the village was officially named the Kirov State Farm . According to TSB, there was a ginnery and a pig farm in the village [2] .
