Biography
He was born in a peasant family in 1880 (one of the youngest deputies of the State Duma of the 1st convocation [1] ) in the village of Mikhailovka, Aleksandrovsky district, Yekaterinoslav province. Graduate of the Gnedinsky vocational school. He was a worker at a boiler plant, after which he served as a sailor in the Black Sea Fleet. In 1905 he participated in the uprising in the Navy. Later he worked at a plant of agricultural implements.
March 26, 1906 was elected to the State Duma of the I convocation from the congress of commissioners from volosts. He entered the Labor Group , called for the nationalization of the land and the immediate introduction of an 8-hour working day.
In July 1917 he joined the Labor People's Socialist Party.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
