Description
Hymenoptera insects microscopic size of dark brown. Body length about 1 mm. The length of the abdomen with ovipositories is 435–549 µm , the width of the head is 306–393 µm, the front wings are 1321–1642 µm, and the hind wings are 969–1253 µm. Antennal flagellum of females contains 8 flagelomer segments; the final segment forms the mace (with pedicel, annulus and scape in the antenna of 11 segments). The length of the scape is 226–283 µm, the flagellum — 496–635 µm, and pedicelus — 67–82 µm. Paws are 5-segmented. petiol Wings with highly reduced venation, cells absent. The petiol is shorter in length than the hind coxe and swivel combined. The host on which these equestrians parasitize is unknown, but presumably, like other species of their own kind, they are egg parasitoids of even-winged insects (cicadas from the families Cicadellidae and Cercopidae ) [1] .
Etymology
The species was first described in 2013 by Canadian entomologist John Guber (Huber, JT; Natural Resources Canada, Ottawa , Canada ) and named after French musician and collector Hans Clebsch (Hans Clebsch, Cleveland Orchestra ), collected part of the type collection [1] .
