Activities
The main asset of "Damate" is the project [2] for the production of turkey meat in the Penza region. The complex, whose capacities are located in the Kolyshleysky and Nizhnelomovsky districts, is a vertically integrated structure with a complete production cycle: incubator, rearing and feeding sites, slaughter and processing plant, feed production. The project is designed to produce 60 thousand tons of finished products per year [3] . Commissioning of capacities is carried out in several stages: 15 thousand tons of poultry meat in slaughter weight per year - in 2013 [4] , 30 thousand tons of finished products - in 2014 and 60 thousand tons - in 2015. The total investment in the project is over 12 billion rubles.
In 2012, the Penza milk processor, OJSC Penza Dairy Plant (Milk), joined the DAMATE Group of Companies [1] . The company processes up to 200 tons of milk per day and produces a wide range of products. The plant's products are sold in the Penza region and supplied to a number of neighboring regions. In the spring of 2013, the production facilities of the Molkom enterprise were expanded through the acquisition of cheese production with a planned processing capacity of up to 250 tons of raw materials per day [5] .
In December 2012, “DAMATE” and the Government of the Tyumen region signed an agreement aimed at the development of agriculture in the Tyumen region [6] . Under the terms of the agreement of intent in the Tyumen region, the company will build a dairy complex for 8800 stalls [7] .
On June 19, 2013, the Damate Group of Companies and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan reached an agreement to launch a project in the region to build a dairy complex for 10 thousand dairy herds [8] The complex will cover an area of 200 hectares, another 30 thousand hectares will be needed for the production of feed . The planned milk yield per cow will be 10 tons per year, and the whole complex will produce 287 tons of milk per day or 105 thousand tons per year.
In 2012, the company began to develop a project for slaughter and processing of cattle meat. The project provides for the construction of a cattle slaughter plant, a meat processing plant, as well as farms for raising bulls of Aberdeen-Angus and Holstein-Friesian breeds [9] .
