Biography

Born in Kramatorsk , there he graduated from high school No. 17 (1977).

He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko Kiev State University ( 1982 ).

He worked in the press in the Kiev region. He served in the state security organs (1985-2010). During his service, he headed the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kiev and the Kiev Region (1992-1999), was the responsible editor of scientific and practical publications of the Security Service of Ukraine , and headed the scientific laboratory of the Institute for the Study of State Security Problems.
