Tarnów Voivodeship ( Polish. Województwo tarnowskie ) - existed in Poland in the period 1975 - 1998 as the main units of the administrative division of the country .

One of 49 voivodships in Poland , which were abolished as a result of the 1998 administrative reform . It covers an area of ​​4151 km². In 1998, there were 700,800 inhabitants. The capital of the voivodship was the city of Tarnów .

In 1999, the territory of the voivodship mostly went to the Malopolska voivodship and several communes to the Subcarpathian voivodship .
