Biography
On August 15, 1898, Joseph Reiners was ordained a priest . On November 19, 1912, the Holy See appointed Joseph Reiners as Prefect of the Apostolic Prefecture of Niigata. June 28, 1926 was appointed prefect of the Apostolic Prefecture of Nagoya. In 1941, Joseph Rainers resigned.
