Biography
From the peasants. Studied at home: received elementary education, literate. Worker of the Okhta powder factories of the Main Artillery Directorate in St. Petersburg. Member of the RSDLP , Bolshevik . He did not have a land allotment.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the general composition of the electors of the St. Petersburg Provincial Electoral Assembly. He was a member of the Social Democratic fraction. Member of the Commission on the normal rest of employees in trade and craft establishments. He spoke during the debate on the issue of assistance to the unemployed.
After the dissolution of the State Duma of the second convocation was brought to trial in the case of the Social Democratic Faction. Sentenced to exile in Siberia.
The further fate is unknown.
