Ekaterina Yuryevna Artamonova (born June 3, 1989 ) is a Russian handball player and a player in the Rostov-Don club. Bronze medalist of the Championship of Russia 2010 and Silver medalist of the Championship of Russia 2011 . Candidate for Master of Sports of the Russian Federation . A pupil of the Volgograd handball school.

Biography
When Ekaterina Artamonova was invited to play for the Rostov-Don-2 Premier League team, at first she thought to refuse this trip. However, she agreed and, together with coach V. Vyakhirev, moved to Rostov-on-Don .
Since then, among her achievements:
- Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship among girls born in 1989
- Champion of Russia among the teams of duplicate teams in 2006
- Silver medalist of the Championship of Russia among the teams of duplicate squads in 2007
- Winner of the Cup of Russia 2007 and 2008
- Finalist of the Russian Cup 2010
- Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship 2010
- Finalist of the Russian Cup 2011
- Silver medalist of the Russian Championship 2011
In 2013, she was called up to the Russian Women's Handball Team and went to the World Cup qualifying match against the Netherlands. In addition to her, four other handball players from her Rostov-Don club played in the Netherlands: Galina Gabisova, Marina Yartseva , Anna Sen and Vladlena Bobrovnikova [1] .
