Biography
The peasant of the Evangelical Lutheran religion. Finn [2] by nationality. He graduated from the city school. It was the Ilikovsky rural headman of the Oranienbaum volost of the Peterhof district of the St. Petersburg province. (It is indicated that in 1907 he was a "former headman" [3] ). Engaged in agriculture.
On February 6, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the Labor Group and a faction of the Peasant Union. He was a member of the commission on public education.
The further fate is unknown.
