Daimon Kyokuto-kai

Kyokuto-kai ( jap. 極 東 会 ) is a criminal group in the Japanese mafia Yakuza , based in Tokyo . [1] Kyokuto-kai has about 1,200 active members. [2]

Content

History

Kyokuto-kai was registered as a “specified yakuza group” under the Counter-Crime Act on Organized Crime in July 1993 . [3]

State

Kyokuto-kaya's headquarters is located in Ikebukuro in Tokyo , and the group has offices in 14 different prefectures of Japan , including Hokkaido . [2]

In the early 2000s, Kyokuto-kai was involved in a conflict with his rival Yakuza group, Matsuba-kai , which led to a series of mutual exchange of fire and murder. [four]
