Content
History
Before the Great French Revolution, there were two parishes in the commune territory - Gar and Lada. The eastern part of Lada was called St. Catherine, after the name of the church, which operated until 1667. Saint Catherine suffered greatly during the religious wars . There was also a chapel of Saint-Roche.
In the southeast of the commune in the village of Grees, there was a small Benedictine monastery [2] .
