Institutskiy lane (St. Petersburg)

Institutskiy Pereulok - travel to Sampsonievskoye Municipality , in the Vyborgsky district of the city ​​of St. Petersburg . It runs from Bolshoi Sampsonievsky Avenue to Novorossiyskaya Street through the territory of the Forestry Academy . making a turn almost at a right angle at the main building of the academy.

Content

History

Since 1836, Institutskiy Pereulok was the avenue ending in front of the territory of the Forestry Academy [2] . In 1849, Institutskiy Prospect was renamed Institutskiy Lane [2] . In the middle of the 20th century, the lane was extended to Novorossiyskaya Street through the park part of the Forest Technical Academy [2] .

Intersections

Institutsky lane is limited to Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Avenue ( in the west ) and Novorossiyskaya Street ( in the north ). Throughout the lane crosses two streets:

  • Sochi street
  • Forest Avenue ( northern part [fn 1] )

On Institutsky lane there is no movement of public urban transport . From 1952-1953 (exact information was not preserved) until 1966 the bus route went number 47.
