Starosevernaya Bay - part of the Sevastopol Bay , protrudes into the North side of Sevastopol. Located one and a half kilometers east of the Konstantinovsky cape . Limited to the east by Cape Cordon . It got its name in 1910, replacing the old name - North. The name change was due to the transfer of ship flows from this bay to the neighboring one, to which the old name passed; - " North ."

In the bay are the berthing facilities of the research institute, the fishing farm "Ilyich's Way" and the base-parking for amateur fishermen.
