Guillaume XII ( Fr. Guillaume XII ; 1300 - 1332 ) - Count Auvergne and Boulogne since 1325. The only son of Robert VII d'Auvergne from his first wife Blanche de Bourbon, daughter of Count Robert of Clermont .

He was married in 1325 to Margaret d'Evreux (1307-1350), the daughter of Count Louis d'Evreau and Margaret d'Artois.
Guillaume XII died young, leaving his heir daughter, Jeanne - the future Queen of France (wife of King John II ).
