“Mini-Azerbaijan” ( Azeri. Mini Azərbaycan ; English Mini-Azerbaijan ) is an exhibition hall in the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center , located in the capital of Azerbaijan , Baku . The hall exhibits layouts of 45 historical and architectural buildings of Azerbaijan , located both in Baku and in other regions of Azerbaijan. Information and interesting facts about each building and its architectural style are offered to visitors.
The opening of the hall on May 9, 2013 was attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva . Initially, the museum housed 24 models [1] . Subsequently, another 21 models were made. In the future, it is planned to manufacture models of 5 more architectural monuments of Azerbaijan [2]
