Biography

He was educated at the Grodno men's gymnasium and then at the law faculty of St. Petersburg University (graduated in 1915). After the February Revolution of 1917 in Russia, he was a member of the Central Bureau of the Belarusian Socialist Community (BSG), in June - July 1917, he was deputy foreman of the Belarusian National Committee in Minsk. Then he was a member of the executive committee of the Great Belarusian Council and the Central Belarusian Army Council . Of both in 1918 he was expelled, accused of embezzlement. On February 21, 1918, when the occupying German troops entered Minsk, he greeted them together with Belarusian politician Roman Skirmunt and representatives of Polish political organizations. During the German occupation, he becomes a member of the Minsk Belarusian mission . One of the initiators of the proclamation of the Belarusian People’s Republic in June 1918.

After the German troops were withdrawn from Belarus, he welcomed in Minsk the entry into the city of the Polish army, as well as personally of Jozef Pilsudski . Since the fall of 1920, he headed the Warsaw Belarusian Political Committee in Warsaw. He supported the military activities of the White Guard detachments of Stanislav Bulak-Balakhovich against the Red Army , as well as the accession of Western Belarus to Poland. In the 1920s, he practiced law in Novogrudok, in western Belarus, which moved to Poland, where he was also the deputy managing director of the Partnership of the Belarusian school . The further fate is unknown.
