Biography
Valery Bukaev was born in Krasnodon on February 1, 1976, his mother was an educator, and his father worked in a mine. He graduated from the Donbass Mining and Metallurgical Institute (2003); Lugansk Regional Institute of Management in the specialty "Finance" (qualification - economist in financial work) (2005 [1] , according to other data - 2003 [2] ).
Since 1995 - a private entrepreneur. 1996–1997 - Ayaks-2 heating repairman. He was the director of the Krasnodon branch of LLC Met-Lux-Service, the founder of LLC Ukr-Hermes and LLC Ukr-Vikoil.
Since 2006 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LLC Partner Bank, founder of LLC Luganskinterresurs, president of the football club Zarya (Lugansk) .
In 2002-2006 he was a deputy of the Krasnodon City Council, in 2006-2007 he was a deputy of the Lugansk Regional Council from the Party of Regions.
People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 6th convocation from 11.2007 from the Party of Regions, No. 101 in the list. At the time of the election: the president of FC Zarya, a member of the PR. He became a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the budget.
Honorary President of the football club Zarya (Lugansk).

V. Bukaev was considered one of the most influential businessmen of the Luhansk region. In the sphere of his influence were such structures as Ukr-Vikoil and Ukr-Hermes, trading in petroleum products, the company Lugugol, supplying equipment to coal enterprises, the farm Krasnodon-Agro, FC Zarya, performs in the Ukrainian Premier League .
