Oshan Bailey ( born Oshane Bailey ; born September 8, 1989 , Kingston , Jamaica ) is a Jamaican sprinter , 2013 world champion in the 4 × 100 m relay .

The first international success was achieved in 2006 by winning the relay race 4 × 100 meters at the junior championship of the countries of Central America and the Caribbean. In 2008, he won the silver medal at the Youth World Championships in Bydgoszcz in the relay race 4 × 100 meters. In 2013, he joined the Jamaican national team for the adult world championship in Moscow . At the World Championships, he is announced to the relay team 4 × 100 meters as the fifth-reserve athlete, takes part in the semifinal race [1] , but is not announced as a coaching decision for the final race. Despite not participating in the final, which the Jamaican team wins, receives a gold championship award.
