Parliamentary elections were held in Slovenia on September 21, 2008 . [1] According to their results, the Social Democrats won, gaining 29 out of 90 seats in parliament. Party leader Borut Pahor was elected by the Parliament to the post of Prime Minister of Slovenia on November 7, 2008 .
