Parliamentary elections were held in Slovenia on October 3, 2004 . [1] According to their results, the Slovenian Democratic Party won, gaining 29 out of 90 seats in parliament. The party leader, Janez Jansha, was elected by the Parliament to the post of Prime Minister of Slovenia on November 9, 2004 .
