Marya Talyzina , creator of the estate. Portrait of Rokotov .

The estate on the bank of the Velinka River, 12 km from Bronnitsy, was built during the reign of Catherine II by the works of Admiral I. L. Talyzin (1700-1777) and his nephew Senator A. F. Talyzin (1734-1787). The wife of the latter, Marya Stepanovna (1742-1796), was very close to Nikita Panin , was engaged in the education of the wealthy heirs of S. S. Apraksin and A. B. Kurakin .

The son of this couple S. A. Talyzin served under the command of A. V. Suvorov , who visited the godson in the Moscow Region and even, according to legend, planted one or two mighty oaks here [1] [2] . Talyzin Jr. assembled a music orchestra from his serfs and built two factories at the Monetnik estate, a sugar and distillery, but in the end he became very confused in debt.

The architecture of the manor house, captured in its original form in Lebren's watercolors (1809), is unusual. Small in size, but elegant in proportion, the Talyzins palace stood out with an 8-column loggia of the ionic order , on which a light mezzanine was built on, and side risalits with a triangular pediment [3] .

Colonnades connected the house with two round towers , symmetrically placed on both sides of it. The front courtyard is formed by two identical wings located opposite each other [4] . On the opposite side of the road there were farm buildings - a stud farm, a farmyard and greenhouses. It is curious that no Orthodox church was built at the Talyzins estate.

In the second half of the 19th century, Olga Nikolaevna Talyzina (1803-1882), granddaughter of Suvorov, lived in Denezhnikov, then until the revolution, her daughter. The estate did not change owners and kept family relics and portraits until the last days of 1918 [5] . In the years 1938-2010. territory occupied a pioneer camp . Vostrukhina . Six dormitories of typical Soviet architecture irrevocably violated the harmonious appearance of the "noble nest."

The estate has survived to our time in extremely poor condition. The main house is ruined and abandoned, bushes overgrown around it. The mezzanine and the capitals of the columns were lost, the colonnade galleries and one of the round towers were dismantled. The outbuildings, which continued to be used for the needs of the pioneer camp, are for some reason separated from the house by a fence. According to the visitor who visited the estate in 2010:

The changes that have occurred with the Talyzins' house over the past 30 years are literally stunning. In the photo in the guidebook of Kolmovsky, you can see the well-groomed and renovated manor house. Now it is terribly disfigured, literally defeated [6] .
