Luknitsky is the author of 6 novels and more than 20 novels, including Fruit Clock, Jolly Justice, Binom of the Almighty, The Beginning of Aquarius and others. Among the main themes of his works: law and the media, the end of the world and extraterrestrial worlds, love and sensuality, the reversal of the human biological clock and cloning, travel in time and space. He penned several detective stories, children's tales for adults, as well as poems that the author called poems.
For many years, Luknitsky worked at the junction of literature and law. The main business of his life is the preparation of extensive materials for the rehabilitation of the poet Nikolai Gumilyov [1] .

Biography
Born in the family of writers Pavel and Vera Luknitsky . In 1971 he entered the Faculty of Journalism of Leningrad State University . At the same time he was engaged in painting at courses at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin . A year later he was transferred to Moscow State University . After graduation, he worked as a special correspondent for the RSFSR , and later as editor of the Literary Newspaper department (1975-1979).
In 1979-1984 - Advisor to the USSR Prosecutor's Office for Press.
In 1983, Luknitsky graduated from the Moscow Law Academy with a degree in law and a lawyer . The following year, he was invited to create and head the press bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR , in 1988 he organized the information and publishing department of the Soviet Culture Fund under the leadership of D. S. Likhachev . He devoted 20 years of his life to the rehabilitation of Nikolai Gumilyov, which took place only in 1991. On the ups and downs of the poet’s rehabilitation, he wrote the book “The Case of Gumilyov, M., 1996. The genre of his work was called“ social and legal research ” [2] .
In 1989-1993 He was deputy secretary of the Union of Lawyers of the USSR for public relations and the media.
In 1993-1994 - Head of the Department of the Ministry of Information and Press of the Russian Federation, Head of the Main State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Printing of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Press and Mass Media.
He worked as deputy chief editor of Yuridicheskaya Gazeta, deputy head of the Federal Service for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Russia.
In recent years, he served as Deputy President of the Guild of Russian Lawyers , Assistant Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks , Advisor to the Chairman of the RF State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy.
He died suddenly on July 27, 2008 in Moscow [3] .
