2014 World Ice Hockey Championship Second Division

2014 IIHF World Ice Hockey Championship for the II teams - IIHF Ice Hockey Sport Competition held from December 15 to 21, 2013 in Miskolc ( Hungary ) and from January 11 to 17, 2014 in Hake ( Spain ). According to the results of the tournament in group A: the team that won the first place got the right to play in group B in the first division of the 2015 World Cup , and the team that took the last place moved to group B. According to the results of the tournament in the group B: the team who won first , goes to group A, and the team that finished last will move to the third division of the 2015 World Cup .

The championship was attended by 12 national teams - nine from Europe , two from Asia and one from Oceania . The Chinese team came from the third division , the Croatian national team came from the first division , the rest from the last tournament of the second division .

Judges

The IIHF has approved 8 head referees and 14 line judges to serve the matches of the second division of the 2014 World Ice Hockey Championship among youth teams.
In group A of the first division 4 main and 7 linear judges participated [1] . Group B of the first division also involved 4 chief and 7 linear referees [2] .
