The parliamentary elections in Rwanda were held from September 16 to 18, 2013, and members of the Chamber of Deputies were elected at them [1] .

The ruling Rwandan Patriotic Front won the election with 76% of the vote. The Rwandan patriotic front consists of a coalition with the Democratic Party, the Socialist Party, the Party of Progress and Concord and the Centrist Democratic Party.
The coalitions are opposed by the Liberal Party, the Social Democratic Party and the Imberacuri Social Party. Of the 80 members of parliament, 53 are directly elected. The remaining 27 seats are reserved for quotas for women, youth, and people with disabilities, whose representatives will be identified in district and national councils on September 17 and 18. About 6 million Rwandans from a 10 million population have a right to vote [2] .
