Biography
Born on August 23, 1979 in the city of Mogilev . He graduated from the History Department of Mogilev State University named after Kuleshov (1997-2003) [1] , then the Institute of Public Administration of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in International Relations (2008-2010). [1] [2] While studying at Moscow State University named after Kuleshov, he worked as a reporter at the Mogilev TV and Radio Company (1998-2001). In 2001, he became a special correspondent for the Belteleradiocompany in the Mogilev region. [3]
In 2002, he moved to Minsk and worked as a reporter in the program “Zone X” [4] [3] in the Belteleradiocompany. In 2003, he headed the criminal news department of the TV News Agency of the First National TV Channel [5] and became the head of the “Zone X” program. [3] Under the leadership of Kirill Kazakov, the program began to gain popularity, and subsequently became the most rated program on Belarusian television (in 2003 the audience was 209 thousand people). [5] A heading appeared in the morning airs under the leadership of Kazakov, where traffic conditions in the city were broadcast in real time — the program began to go on the air. In 2011, he headed the Belarus-TV satellite channel, which is part of the Belteleradiocompany. [3]
In 2012, he returned to the BTRK TV News Agency as the chief director of the structure. Under his leadership, the Agency of TV News has more than 10 departments, ATN journalists created content for the TV channels Belarus-1 , Belarus-2 , Belarus-3 and Belarus-24 .
