Born in 1898 in Polotsk , Vitebsk province , Russian Empire [1] .
Member of the RCP (b) since 1918 [1] .
From June 15, 1930 to February 7, 1931, he was a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine [1] .
From February 4, 1933 to 1934, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Kharkiv Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine [1] .
From February 7, 1933 to February 3, 1937, he was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) of Ukraine [1] .
From January 18, 1934 to January 23, 1934 in Kharkov he participated in the XII Congress of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
