Burj Al Alam is an ultra - tall skyscraper 510 meters high (1,670 feet), built in the new district of Dubai Business Bay. The 108-storey building should have been one of the tallest buildings in the world and would have cost investors $ 1.8 billion. Externally, the tower resembles a crystal flower .

According to the project, 74 floors are provided for offices, and 27 floors are occupied by a 5-star hotel with a restaurant and spa salon, a Turkish bath, an open-air garden, etc.
The construction of the Burj al-Alam tower was planned to be completed in 2009 , but due to the global financial crisis it was first suspended indefinitely, and in 2013 it was canceled.
