Biography
Born on January 8, 1965 in Tyrnyauz , Elbrus region , Kabardino-Balkarian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .
He died on August 14, 2013 in an accident on the 418th kilometer of the Kavkaz federal highway near the village of Kuba-Taba, Baksan district , in Kabardino-Balkaria [4] , while in his official car [5] [6] . Condolences on his death were expressed by CBD President Arsen Kanokov [7] and senators of the Federation Council [8] . The funeral of Albert Kazharov was held on August 15 in the village of Anzorei, Leskensky district, Kabardino-Balkaria [9] .
