The village stands on a small field surrounded by forests. It is located on the border of Pokrovsky and Volzhsky rural settlements , between the Cheryemuha rivers and its left tributary Korovka . The village is located on the northeastern outskirts of the Great Moss swamp, which begins on the southern outskirts. To the east of the village in the swampy forest are the sources of a small stream that flows northeast through the villages of Kuretnikovo and Kondyrevo and flows to the left into Cheryemuha on the southern outskirts of the relatively large village of Sretenie . All these settlements are already in the Volga rural settlement. A country road passes through Klikunovo from the village of Golubino , located on a tributary of the Korovka river to the village of Prokunino , located on the left bank of Cheryomukha. This village is not on the topographic maps of the 1980s, the Klikunovo tract is indicated instead. [2]
