Vasily Vasilyevich Maslyannikov ( 1867 - January 27 ( February 9 ) 1912 ) - Member of the II State Duma from the Poltava province .

Biography

Orthodox. From the hereditary nobles of the Poltava province. Landowner of Pryluk county (700 acres ).

He graduated from the Pryluky gymnasium and the law faculty of the University of St. Vladimir with a degree of candidate rights (1889).

After graduation, he served in the zemstvo department of the Ministry of the Interior for seven years. Then he settled in a family estate, Pokrovka farm, and in 1896-1902 he was the Zemsky chief of the 1st section of the Pryluky district. At the same time he was elected the vowel of the Pryluksky district and Poltava provincial assemblies , as well as the honorary magistrate of the Pryluky district.

In February 1907 he was elected a member of the II State Duma from the Poltava province. He was a member of the Octobrist faction and a group of right and moderate. He was a member of the agrarian commission.

After the dissolution of the Second State Duma, he returned to the Poltava province and for two three years was a county and provincial vowel, and an honorary magistrate. He rose to the rank of college adviser . He died in 1912 from jade in the Cairo suburb of Geluan . Was married.
