LLC TD Intertorg is a Russian retailer , owner of retail chains Narodnaya 7Ya SeYaYa , Idea. Since May 2012, it has managed the Norma retail chain. In 2011, the company entered into a licensing agreement with the international corporation Spar International, obtaining the right to use the Spar brand in North-West Russia . Thus, the company began to develop the Spar franchise chain of stores.

The company was established in 2003 . Founder - Diamond Solutions Inc. (registered in the British Virgin Islands ). Financial indicators for 2012 : profit - 31.6 billion rubles, annual return - 142.9 million rubles. In 2013, it owns 270 7Ya SeYaYa stores in the Northwestern Federal District and Moscow, 21 Spar stores and 11 Idea stores in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region .
