- The first section of the line was opened on the La rose - Saint charles section, opened on November 26, 1977 . Length - 6.92 km and 7 stations.
- The second section of the line was opened at the Saint charles - Castellane section, opened on March 11, 1978 . Length - 2.66 km and 4 stations.
- The third section of the line was opened on the Castellane - La timone section , opened on September 5, 1992 . Length - 1.71 km and 2 stations.
- The fourth section of the line was opened on the La timone - La Fourragere section , opened on May 5, 2010 . Length - 2.77 km and 4 stations.
