Geographical position
History
In November 2004, as a result of the reform of local self-government, the Perm Region Law endowed the status of a rural settlement [3] .
Symbols
By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bikbardinsky rural settlement of March 9, 2011 No. 4, the emblem and flag of the settlement were approved. The coat of arms is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under No. 6818 [4] . The flag is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under No. 6819 [5] .
Description of the coat of arms: "In a field intersected by azure and green, a silver angelica flower growing from below" .
Description of the flag: “A rectangular blue cloth with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, horizontally divided into two equal parts: blue and green and bearing in the center, on top of the division is the image of angelica flower from the coat of arms of the settlement, made in white.”
