Monument to the Dzhangarchi Eelyan Ovla - a monument of monumental art located in the Friendship Park in Elista , Kalmykia . Dedicated to the jangarchi Eelyan Ovla , from whose lips the Kalmyk enlightener Nomto Ochirov first recorded the songs of the Kalmyk epos “Dzhangar” .

The monument was erected in 1990. The authors of the monument are architects S. Kurneev, E. Lidzhi-Garyaev, sculptor V. Vaskin and artist S. Kuznetsov.
On May 7, 2009, the monument was included in the register of cultural heritage of the Republic of Kalmykia (No. 343).
