Description
Tuhala is located in the southern part of Harju County on the banks . The village and its environs abound with karst funnels , the main attraction is the Witch's Well [1] , from which during high floods water pours in an unusual way onto the surface. The age of the village is estimated at 3000 years (2008 data) [2] , the first mention in the documents is 1241 [3] . In 1754, the future prominent politician, cartographer and writer and publicist was born in the village [4] .
