Biography
Sergey Kudryavtsev was born in 1903 in the village of Niva in the Bezhetsky district of the Tver province of the Russian Empire [1] [3] . He graduated from a real school . Since 1919, a member of the RCP (b) [1] .
From 1919 to 1924, the chairman of the Bezhetsk district committee of the RKSM (Tver province), executive secretary of the Kharkov provincial committee of the KSM of Ukraine, head. Organizational department of the Central Committee of KSM of Armenia , Executive Secretary of the Central Committee of KSM of Abkhazia , Head The organizational department of the Transcaucasian Regional Committee, the Ural Bureau of the Central Committee of the RKSM, the responsible instructor of the Central Committee of the Komsomol [1] [2] .
From 1924 to 1926 in the Red Army [1] .
Since 1927 - instructor and secretary of the Tiflis Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Georgia [1] .
From 1929 to 1930 - Executive Secretary of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Georgia of the Autonomous Region of South Ossetia [1] .
In 1933 - Secretary of the Kerch City Committee of the CPSU (B.) ( Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) [1] .
From December 1933 to March 1934, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Central Committee of the CP (b) of Azerbaijan [1] [2] .
From March 1934 to September 1936 - 2nd Secretary of the Transcaucasian Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) [1] [2] .
From September 21, 1936 to February 5, 1937, he was the 1st Secretary of the Kharkiv Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine [1] [2] .
From January 8, 1937 to January 27, 1938 - a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) of Ukraine [1] [2] .
From January 8, 1937 to January 27, 1938 - member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) of Ukraine [1] [2] .
From January 16 to September 1937, he was the 1st Secretary of the Kiev Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine [1] [2] . This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [4] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [5] .
From June 3, 1937 to January 27, 1938 - member of the Organizing Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine [1] [2] .
From September 26, 1937 to January 27, 1938 - 2nd Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) of Ukraine [1] [2] .
On October 13, 1937 he was arrested [1] [2] [3] . April 25, 1938 was shot in Moscow [1] [2] [3] .
